Reset Password for Steelwedge PSSA Tool

Instructions:

  1. Click on this link and follow the instructions to reset your QuickBase password: Reset Password.
  2. After resetting your password, you can login to the Steelwedge PSSA Tool again by going to http://www.steelwedge.com/customer-log-in.

Required Browser Security Settings

To login to Steelwedge Online Support, your browser's security must have some minimal settings enabled to allow JavaScript to execute and allow the initial page to appear:

Go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Security tab, choose 'Internet', and click the 'Custom Level...' button to verify the following settings:

  1. Downloads-->File Download -- Enable or Prompt
  2. Miscellaneous--> Allow META Refresh -- Enable or Prompt
  3. Scripting-->Allow Active Scripting -- Enable or Prompt

If you still cannot login after changing the settings above,
please call Steelwedge Support at 925-460-1700,
press 2 for Support.

Instructions:

  1. Download appropriate request form.
  2. Fill out form and have an authorized person sign it.
  3. Email a scanned copy of the signed form to
    access.request@steelwedge.com.
