Required Browser Security Settings
To login to Steelwedge Online Support, your browser's security must have some minimal settings enabled to allow JavaScript to execute and allow the initial page to appear:
Go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Security tab, choose 'Internet', and click the 'Custom Level...' button to verify the following settings:
- Downloads-->File Download -- Enable or Prompt
- Miscellaneous--> Allow META Refresh -- Enable or Prompt
- Scripting-->Allow Active Scripting -- Enable or Prompt
