Collection of Personal Information
The personal information that SW collects about you may include without limitation your first and last name, email address, employer name, home address, physical address, phone number, title, and credit card number (or any other payment processing information).
SW collects personal information about you whenever you transact business with SW, use SW’s products or services, request information or materials, or visit the Web sites. The collection of this information enables SW to provide services, to keep you apprised of information and developments that you may find of interest, and to allow SW to better understand your needs. This information may be used to provide information about SW that may be of interest to you, contact you about announcements, administration, requests or inquires, your orders and account, changes to our Web site or policies, promotional offerings and other marketing activities, and requesting feedback through surveys and questionnaires. For example, personal e-mail addresses may be used to send users SW’s newsletters. Collection of Non-Personal Information
SW automatically receives and records non-personal information on our server logs from your browser as well as through other analysis of the Web sites. Use, Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information
It is SW’s policy to limit the access of your personal information only to those SW employees, service providers, and agents who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you, administer and process payments, provide customer service, update account information, post Submissions, inform you of products or services that may be of interest to you, forward updates, announcements, and newsletters, and communicate with you about the Web sites, Communications Services, Submissions and other activities related to the Web sites. If you want to unsubscribe from an email list of SW, please let us know by following the “Unsubscribe” instructions that are included in each promotional email from SW. Please note that such requests may take up to ten (10) days to become effective.
Usernames and Passwords
SW Web Sites are not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, then please stop using the Web sites and do not provide us with any personal information whatsoever.If you are a minor over the age of 13, you may visit, browse and use the information on the Web sites, but we strongly recommend that you seek permission from your parent or guardian before submitting any personal information to the Web sites.
If SW becomes aware that a Web site user is under age 13 and has provided personal information, SW will take steps to remove his or her personal information from our files. If you are a parent or guardian and believe SW may have inadvertently collected personal information from your child, please notify SW immediately by sending an email to: email@example.com.
Your California Privacy Rights
Under California law, web site operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers with the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information of a consumer over time and across third party web sites, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. At this time, we do not track our customers’ personally identifiable information over time and across third-party web sites. This law also requires web site operators to disclose whether third parties may collect personally identifiable information about their users’ online activities over time and across different web sites when the users use the operator’s web site. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across different web sites when a consumer uses our Web sites.
Third Party Postings
Those who choose to access the Web sites from locations outside of the United States do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable, including without limitation, all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding the transmission of data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside. SW may limit a Web site’s availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at any time in its sole discretion.
Personal information collected through the Web sites and other aspects of SW’s business may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which SW or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using the Web sites, you expressly consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
